I Hate New Years Resolutioners -_-
I know i have seen social media posts that range from big goals and big changes to one small action done daily to people who say they don’t need the new year to spark a change in them. And honestly, you hate knowing that the one creeper at the party has been eyeing you all night waiting for the chance to be your midnight kiss.
I hate new years resolutioners. Resolutioners like sleep more than they like results. It’s about that time of year again — the time when all gyms (big and small) see an influx of memberships for the new year. When i see new people at the gym, i love that people are taking the first step to their resolution. That’s why i encourage everyone to be patient of the new year’s resolutioners. I hate the big january rush of constantly crowded gyms and the produce section at the store packed with resolutioners.

According to science, there's a reason why you hate new year's eve according to science, there's a reason why you hate new year's eve. And for us, regulars, the first few months of the year are rough. The real problem i have is the people who wait until the new year to change.
But something about the new year and new beginnings…it helped me. It only usually lasts no more than six to nine weeks, then things go back to normal. It helped me decide to not be afraid anymore.
